Hi There

I am currently on a IVA and wanting to relocate with my family to Wales.

In the meantime, my family and I will be living with my cousin in Wales until I find a job and a rented accommodation. I will still make my IVA payments every month, will this move affect my IVA?
Thanks

It shouldn't do unless you are unable to make the payments. You will have to keep your IP informed of your change of address and will have to do a fresh I&E once things have settled down. Keep your IP in the loop so there are no nasty surprises for any of you.

How are you planning to get funds to pay the IVA and live on whilst looking for work ?

Thank you for your help! My cousin is willing to help me and my family financially until I land on my feet. I presume I have to get a letter from my cousin confirming this to my IP?

Do I have to inform my IP before I move or can I move, get settled then inform my IP?

Thanks again for your help! :D

It is a condition of your IVA that the IP be aware of your address should it change. So you would need to inform him when you move, just as you would inform other parties who need to keep in touch.
