I was declared bankrupt in 2010. My marriage failed in March of last year & I am now struggling to cope with my debt - is an IVA an option?

Certainly no reason why you shouldn't explore an IVA option. Well worth speaking to 1 or 2 companies to find out all your options - pros and cons of each. The fact that you have previously been made bankrupt does not prevent you proposing an IVA now.

It is certainly an option -- but not the only option. Have an in depth chat with a couple of providers to explore all options going forward.

Yes but explore all options to ensure an IVA would be the most suitable for you.

Have a chat with a few companies to seek advice. Some of the smaller companies may be better.
