I was in an IVA agreement for nearly 3 years and messed up by not declaring I kept a credit card, (for which I still feel bad about)and I was found out and got kicked off the agreement. I have 4 creditors and i paid over £8,000 into the agreement. I have been off the IVA for nearly 1 year and the company who was dealing with the IVA still have not paid the money to my creditors.
Questions:- What shall I do as I've called the IVA company and they say they are dealing with it.

I am in contact with the CCCS and I been sending a letter, my expenditure and a £1 postal order to my creditors every month. But I am worried for the future and how long will I be able to do this. Any tips? Thank you. Desperate Debtor!

How much of the £8k that you paid in do you think has gone on fees?? I would imagine a large chunk of it has unfortunately. Keep hassling the IVA company but dont expect them to jump through hoops to help you out. What company did you use for the IVA??

ACCUMA WAS THE COMPANY THAT I STARTED THE IVA WITH, THEY NO LONGER EXIST AS GRANT THORNTON TAKEN OVER. THEY ARE BASED IN MANCHESTER I BELIEVE.
THEY INFORMED ME AFTER THE UNFORTUNATE CANCELLED IVA THAT I HAD OVER £8,000 IN THE POT AND THAT THEY WOULD BE DISTRIBUTING TO THE VARIOUS CREDITORS IN DUE COURSE. THAT WAS NEARLY A YEAR AGO AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

ORANGE, THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME BANKRUPT. AS PER MY MAIL ABOVE, BUT AM KEEPING THE WOLVES AT BAY BY BEING ADVISED BY THE CCCS......

The company will only make you bankrupt if it states so in your proposal/chairmans report.

I imagine they would have done a credit file check, there is no way of knowing otherwise.

Do you have any assets that would be at risk if you did go bankrupt?

I don't know why, I'm just assuming that they do, I can't see any other way they would find out unless someone knew she had one and informed the IP. This has happened in the past.
