I wasn't aware of the PPI clause in my iva deed

I have finished my Iva in 2013 and have a ppi claim but saying has to be paid to Iva cause signed deed of assignment but wasn’t aware what that was for

PPI was never mentioned specifically in proposals as it falls under the generic term of assets. It is likely that you signed a Deed of Assignment (even withut realising what you were signing) -- but even if you didn't sign one the PPI is still due to the IVA and not yours --- the DoA simply makes things clearer.
