if you are in the IVA and within the last 5 months and want to get a change of or a lower payment because of changes in income . who do you ask ? Will it fail the IVA if you are unable to pay all the payments even though you have no money? Can lower payment be made to complete the IVA? (john.40)

Talk to your Ip right away to discuss this. Have you lost your job or something?

Speak to your IP if you really are not able to maintain your payments for the final few months. You may be able to get the payments you have made so far accepted as a full and final amount.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I don't think we are sure whether it is Michael or DFD who he has the IVA with.
