My friend works for Hanover insolvency, there is a rumour going around that Creditfix is taking over. I’m scared about how this will affect my IVA. Will I have to start again?
You needn't worry - your IVA will continue as normal.

Your IVA will continue as it does now --- the only thing is CF might try to change some terms (which they cannot do without your agreement and they cannot force you to agree).
Despite all the bad press, some people are happy with their CF IVA. Indeed, we had one poster recently praising them to the hilt.
I was transferred from RSM to Grant Thornton (who are now Aperture) and was not pleased at all (and I let them know it!). But, it all worked out in the end

IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Not alot you can do other than embrace the change and ensure communication with them us maintained and any requests are dealt with. Am sure it will be fine - there are always negatives whichever company you use.
