Hi. Can anyone give me some information please. If my IVA fails, can my IVA company or debtitors force me to sell my house against my wishes?
If they make me bankrupt can they make me homeless even if I'm prepared to make payments towards my debts? Such as a DMP or any other arrangement.

Thanks.

If they are so minded to petition for your bankruptcy it is possible that the house could be sold -- at the end of the day it comes down to the figures involved. They are not obliged to accept any other arrangment and, if you allow the IVA to fail, would wonder why any other arrangement would be kept to.

Why, may I ask, are you considering this possibility so late in the day ?
