Hi
I have just started year 3 of my iva and had a financial review back. Its ays the creditor claims received total £25000 compared with a value of £38000 included in the proposal. What happens if the other creditors don't make their claim ?

Hi TT and welcome to the forum.

I think that all creditors have a set amount of time to make their claim and it may be possible your IP will chase them up to do this. I'm not 100% and do stick around for a professional opinon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thanks Lesley. Just wondered if they didnt claim if it got divided up among the other creditors? Seems strange they wouldnt make their claim.

If there are any creditors who don't claim, then the rest does get divided up between the other creditors.
