If he gifts it to you, you will have to pay it across to your IVA

Inheritances during an IVA are payable to the IVA, you would be required to sell the house. For an £18k debt are you sure that an IVA is the best option ?

Are the debts of £18k all joint with your husband?

If no what is the split between joint debts, your sole debts and his sole debts?
