Currently in a iva and today I got to upgrade for free with my provider but I tried getting the same monthly price plan but they didn’t have it and even went for a cheaper phone. The next bill due is going to be higher from now on by £10 than what it is at the moment, shall I call creditfix now and inform them? My husband has offered to pay that extra £10 but I know my iva needs informing with things like this.

Is it going to affect your payments at all? I would wait until your annual review and tell them then.

It is up to you if you tell them now - if you have help paying the extra I would leave it for now but that is just my opinion.

My husband had offered to pay the extra on top to help me as he knows about my iva which helps me a lot.
I just didn’t know if creditfix would get funny with me as I tried my best to get the same price plan but they didn’t have one. Everything has just gone up in price and isn’t a latest phone out either

I doubt they would as long as they get their money.

With my husband paying the extra creditfix will still get their money every month. Just didn’t wanna get in trouble with them because the price went up

I think you will be fine but if you are really worried, you could give them a call to put your mind at rest.

You won't get into trouble, but may well have to absorb the increase yourself. It is not easy getting allowances increased !

It is probably something that can wait until the next review, I would think.

That’s alright then, as just panicked when I got off the phone and thought oh no my iva I don’t want to be in trouble with them. When my review comes up do they want the whole years statements and wage slips or just past 6 months? Got tad confused with that part.
Sorry for all the questions but I really appreciate all the help
