I take it you still have the deficient payments? You can contact your IVA company and pay these over the phone, I think 3 missed payments is when an IP would consider termination, so I would be on the phone first thing in the morning. Not communicating with them will not cure the issue and as normal the running around sorting it will lie with you.
It is your responsibility to make sure payments are made on time and even though the company appear to be at fault here it is best you sort it now rather than just leave it.
