This is rarely a good option if it can be avoided and there are alternatives. As Foggy says can you explain a bit?

I see from earlier posts you have 10 months to run in lieu of equity .... if you go BR now, you will have lost the last 5 years payments, time and angst, as well as now risking losing the house.

I would certainly say you should continue with your IVA - you have come so far now and, as others have said, you run the risk of losing your house if you go BR.
