I have recently had some money come through via a income protection insurance provided to me through work, I was off sick for around six months and the payments obviously should of been made to me on a monthly basis, but because of the long and drawn out nature of the claim it has been paid to me as a backdated lump sum, there is no loss of earnings element to the payout as it’s income protection, I’m just wondering how much if any I’ll have to pay into my iva? Thanks

I would imagine all of it, but only your own IP can tell you for sure.

I agree with Foggy - speak to your IP,
