We are entering our last year of IVA and they are wanting to bump our payments up to an amount we cannot afford and will leave us struggling even more .
We've never missed a payment or had a payment holiday .We just want this to end asap as it making us ill. Is there anything we can do ?

Ask them for their written calculations as to what they are basing the increase on, then you will be able to challenge this increase if they are in error.

Have you had a recent pay rise or dramatic drop in outgoings ? ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Do you agree with their calculations?

Either:

a) There has been a mistake with the comps.
b) There has been a mistake with the financial info you have given them (usually on an I&E)
c) you are overspending on non essential items.
