I entered an IVA 16 months ago. The IVA is on my credit report but I would like to know how the individual debts are meant to show each month. Do the companies still report missed payments each month or default or what?

The creditors should default each ccount, with a default date on or about the start date of the IVA. You will still get a cluster of red crosses as, each month, they will report the account still in default but the whole shebang, red crosses and all will disappear on the 6th anniversary of the default. Have a read here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
