Inheritance once an IVA has completed

I completed my IVA last December. 2 months before that my mam insured herself and if anything was to happen to her she written it into trust for me .
Come the time when she passes away would the iva people have a hold on that

If you have the completion certificate you have no further responsibility to your former IP or creditors for anything that happens after that was issued.

If the iva is concluded including completion certificate them you are no longer beholden to your iva and should anything happen you would not need to inform.
