If you are in an iva and make a F&F do you still stay on the insolvency register?

A school friend was in an iva with his wife (he doesnt know I know). Anyways on the register it said they started their IVA way after we did.

However, they are not listed now. Just curious really

Hi
No, you come off the register once your IVA is concluded. If it concludes early I believe that it comes after after a peroid of six months.

Hi
It must be three months and not six as I stated and it is for bankruptcies and DROs only
IVAs come off straight away
