Insolvency register hi I all I got my completion certificate last week and am not out of the Iva and have been reading foggy link on clearing up the the file etc but I am confused about the insolvency register I looked today and it still shows current I don’t know if it should show competed am sorry about posting but I Have tried googling it 😢

It should show "completed" once they have received the paperwork from your IP --- this could take a few weeks to be processed, but will be date stamped the day it arrived in their offices, for the three month countdown.

If you are concerned contact your provider and ask them to confirm that the Insolvency Service has been informed.

These wheels turn annoyingly slowly!
