Just starting the iva process, tesco are one of my creditors (credit card) but i have my home, car and pet insurance with them !! I presume i will have to change these ???

You should be ok I think. The departments will run seperatly.

Yes, Jan is correct, no effect whatsoever as long as you keep paying them as normal. Simbel, Andy is of course right re your query, but it is nice to see you posting again on the forum.

Hi Mike,
I was in a terrible panic on Friday when I saw the Credit Agreement -but Andy and the rest of the gang put me at ease with their advice. It's been hectic at work (unfortunately quite a few people have been made redundant [:(])- things going back to something that resembles normality now though.

Hi Kallis, yes I was one of the lucky ones - and we've had a catch up review where we've been told that there will be no more redundancies now in the foreseeable future [:)] however there won't be any salary increases either [V] - but hey at least i've still got a job.

That is something to be thankful for, although I do feel sorry for those colleagues who have lost their jobs. I can feel for them.

No increases for me either, but as long as I can make my payments then I'm ok.
