These companies I doubt will ever give in, whilst we're all aware of them because of the forum, some people within an IVA are not and if only a handful take them up on assisted bankruptcy via their huge mail shot I'm guessing they're making money or surely they wouldn't keep doing it x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
