I am using them at the moment, they seem really good but can assume that you know all about it when you're asking questions so I have come away a bit confused. Everythings progressing really quickly though, which is good.
I've still not heard of them, although it does look as though they have their own IP's rather than forwarding details on.
Have you checked on iva.com to see if they are on there?

how long have you been with them and how far are you along with the process?
