Disgraceful! I know the head of Moon Beaver - so if you need me to have a word I will.

If you have bank statements showing 36 payments then there shouldn't be any dispute. Mistakes do happen in even the best regulated establishments, it's just a pain when it happens to you!!!

Hope they get the statement to you quickly. Not good to be stressing about this.

Thanks everyone. Mel, if I don't have any luck with the RTLU and MB I'll take you up on your offer - thank you.

RHB, from the dealings I've had with the RTLU and MB I wouldn't call either of them 'the best regulated establishments'.

Give Mel a ring Skip and ask her to help you sort it.

Once I've got the bank statement from the Co-op I'll write to MB and the RTLU and hopefully that will be enough. If not I'll take Mel up on her very kind offer, especially as MB don't even agree with the RTLU's figures!

The RTLU say I have 3 payments left (they haven't received last week's yet), which would be £483, and MB say I owe £864!

At least my case manager at the RTLU is willing to listen to me!

What a nightmare for you life is stressful enough as it is without all this. Good luck in sorting it out. As others have said how could the payment have been 'missing' for 3 years?

Oh this gets even better! The list of payments received by the Clarke Willmott and Moon Beaver arrived as promised from the RTLU this morning - with the letter folded in such a way that 'Insolvency Service' was clear for all to see in the envelope window!

I'm not impressed!

I would most certainly complain about that Skip! How dare they do that!

I'm going to do the whole lot in one go when I get the statement as I'm completely fed up with the whole thing now and just want it over with.

It'll have to wait until I get back from holiday as it'll take the Co-op 10 days to send me the statement!

Try to forget about it and enjoy your holidays, nothing you can do until the statement comes.
