Lisa from Neville's stated that an IP HAS to respond to your anniversary review within 2 month's. My anniversary was August last year and we have only just received this report, and it is incorrect please see my previous message. Where do we stand? Thanks in advance.
Standard terms and conditions state a time window for reviews .... the IP will only be bound by them if they use those terms and conditions, most do, some don't. Challenge the report and ask for it to be corrected. I am afraid the only recourse you have is a formal complaint to your IP which can then be escalated to their regulators. Regulators, however, will not intervene but could issue a slap on thw wirst and / or a fine (sometimes quite heavy).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
