How did you find them ? Can't find much about them, other than PPI claims stuff ( which is worrying)

If they are the firm in Cheadle, they do have an IP, registered with the IPA, she, at least, should be kosher.

This number appears on a number of sites and is listed as a cold caller relating to PPI and to other dubious financial matters. This, in itself, would ring alarm bells.
