Is it right that the people I have my IVA with can count my child maintenance received for my daughter as income, surely this cannot be true? My IVA payment has more than doubled as my ex is paying more child maintenance.
It is counted as income but can also be offset against expenses for the children. You need to speak to your IP company and explain things to them.
