Hi everyone,
So I honestly can't sleep and have anxiety because I started an IVA process with Creditfix but i'm not sure what to think about this company.
My IVA meeting is on next Feb 25th. Today I received a default notice from one of my creditors, I contacted Creditfix customer service and asked them what to do about this, they said there's nothing to do about it since I'm still waiting for my IVA approval.
I asked them If I will know the outcome on the meeting day and they said not necessarily on the same day. I don't know what to think. Can I trust them? they already set up the payment day towards my IVA on march 1st but what If my IVA doesn't get approved?? Is this company a Scam or legit ??

They are a legitimate company and have a large proportion of IVA business. However, I liken them to the Easyjet of the IVA world --- if everything goes right you get cheap and cheerful service with no frills. I wouldn't like to be with them if things go pear shaped, however.

They seem to have an issue with routine paperwork, which they say has been resolved, but I am yet to be convinced and are, as many firms seem to be, awful with communication. They do appear to be one of the speedier firms come completion and reviews and, as long as you keep an eye on them and stand your corner when needs be they can run a successful IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Ive completed my IVa with Creditfix.
They arent great with communication and you have to keep on and on at them but they are good in the background.
Hope your income/expenditure budget is realistic and fair and you can realistically afford to live within the guidelines and you afford the payment thats been indicated.
They are legit they just seem to forget there is a client outside their offices who would like to be kept informed! lol!
Thankfully ours ran smooth but there are loads of departments and teams and rarely do you speak to same person twice!
I dont think the default notice is anything to worry about. Automated letters overlap what else is going on to get debt sorted.

A legit company - you do need to persist communication wise.
