Hi and welcome to the forum, is your son struggling to pay his IVA?

It's a lovely gesture of yours and a full and final offer may be possible, it would be best for your son to contact his IP in the first instance, to offer a full and final it's always best to offer as near to the original dividend as possible. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi, and welcome from me as well.

Lovely gesture, and I totally agree with Lesley.

Are you in a position to offer a sum equivalent to the amount of outstanding contributions due from your son? If so, then I think it is a great idea so long as he arranges to pay you back!!
