I have signed an IVA proposal- 3rd party funds to be completed within 12 months. The creditors meeting is due on 6th september. My husband & I are considering getting back together which would have a big impact on the amount I could pay back. This would also mean my mum would not have to raise the money which I would have to try and pay back. Is thisgoing to cause complications. Is it possible to set up a joint IVA??

Hi Lisa and welcome to the Forum.
It is possible to do IVAs together and while there is no such thing as a 'joint' proposal, you can do interlocking or mutually reliant proposals.

Speak to your IP before the meeting as they may decide to withdraw the current proposal and draft a new one.
