Is my IVA allowed to take my PPI

I finished my IVA ten years ago and have just been awarded 7000 pounds in missold ppi and my IVA have taken almost all of it are they allowed to do this

Yes they are as it was an asset of your IVA.

As Kallis says -- yes they are, as recently confirmed by the courts.

Yes but depending on the figures highly unlikely your IP will resurrect a case that is 10 years old, unless it really is a material sum.
