I completed my IVA in early 2015 and received a certificate of completion.
I understand that they went into administration in 2017 and were taken over by Aperture.
Will Aperture still have any interest in my account/ future assets or will completed IVAs be closed and done with now?

In theory they will still be interested in any PPI refunds. In practice they might not have taken on the files belonging to already closed cases and, so, would be unable to distribute any refunds, in which case they should be yours (certainly not theirs ! ).

Future assets are none of their business.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Aperture took over active DFD cases following the adminstration, but there is a trust in place that deals with cases that finished prior to the adminstration.

They may, or may not, still claim an interest in any asset still owed to the IVA such as PPI but as Foggy says; anything else is your business.
Hi! I used to work for one of the UK's biggest Insolvency Practitioners - I don't work for an IP anymore but still have an extensive knowledge of the IVA industry. How can I help?
