Is my tax rebate mine post IVA?

My question is; n case I get a tax rebate , Can they still lay claim on the tax rebate even if the money is sent directly to my account by HMRC?

The only things they still have a call on would be PPI refunds and similar and any windfall or inheritance that should have been declared during the IVA, had you known about them at the time. So,if Great Aunt Maud died during the IVA and you only find out now that you have been left her Da Vinci, the IP would have dibs on the fortune.
