If a creditor does not vote does that mean their vote is seen as a ‘yes’

No -- they are ignored for that vote --- the deciders are those that actually vote.

If your IVA has been accepted you are ok.

You need 75% of those who vote to be a yes. Those that do not vote simply have to go by the decision of those that do.
