PIP awards are not means tested, as far as I am aware, when you apply for PIP .... but that is outside the scope of this forum.

Do you mean to ask whether a PIP award is counted as income for the purposes of calculating the IVA repayment ?

If so, yes, it is counted as income, but is usually then offset as regards the expenses it is designed to cover, so, often, will have no real effect.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

PIP is not means tested but for the purposes of an IVA would be counted as income.

A lot of IVA companies would offset this with higher allowances, given that it recognises that you may have additional needs linked to your disability, but not all companies are that generous.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
