Hi guys. I've got 7 payments till my iva finishes. I'm due my annual review in 3 months and then I've read on here that they do a final review? Are the reviews the same thing and do you think they will still do my annual review or wait to do my final review? Thanks in advance.

They may well roll the reviews together, due to the timing. The final review differs from the annual review in that it concentrates on income since the last review, since ongoing expenses are no longer pertinent. There is, then, a review of previous reviews as part of the completion process to make sure that all the i's have been dotted and the t's crossed.

My final review was a few months after my last annual review (of course, more often they are one and the same if the IVA finishes exactly at the 60 / 72 month mark). My IP stated for the final review that he didn't intend to do a full review as the figures would not be much different from the annual review recently conducted.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
