I Hold a Premises Licence for a Pub. Will my IVA mean the Licence is Revoked. This is the actual Premises Licence (not to be confused with the Personal Licence)
The Best I can find out from the 2003 licensing act itself is that the Premises licence can be revoked if the holder becomes Insolvent (or if held by a company that company is disolved)

Is the IVA Technically Insolvent(as understood by the general term "insolvent"

Paul is correct, you are insolvent if you're in an IVA.

Premises licences are rarely affected by IVA proceedings, but you may have to declare the IVA when you are due to renew the licence. At the end of the day the decision will be down to your respective local authority.
