My bankruptcy ended a month ago , however I have just found out the IP is still looking at my affairs and remains in office ??
Is there a time limit for his remaining in office ?
I do not have any IVA implications ,

Were you discharged a month ago? Do you have an IPA in place?

Although your discharge presumably happened automatically after 12 months the IP can continue with your case to realise assets and deal with creditors.

They have 3 years to 'realise' their interest in your residential property. There are no time limits for other assets.

It's usual for a case to continue to be open after the Bankrupt's discharge.
