Is there a way of stopping an IVA once it has been set up?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

You would have to let your IVA fail by missing three payments.

Is there a reason why you wish to stop it?

If you're struggling, then you should speak to your IP in the first instance.

Hi Tina and welcome to the forum from myself too, as Jan says probably best to speak to your IP first to find a way forward if possible.

Hope it all works out for you x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
