Hi , I’m currently in an Iva is there such thing as a payment holiday ?

You can ask for a payment break if you need something done urgently but your payment will be added on to the end of your IVA.

You can have payment breaks at the discretion of your IP --- but, as Kallis says, these will be added back on to the end of the term. Some agreements limit these 'lifelines' so they should be used wisely.
