Hi, I've just signed my IVA proposal, they are offering my creditors 50.07 in the £. I'm with FSS, who are pushy, but have been OK. Is this a good amount for my creditors to accept it? My creditors meeting is on 18th January. Worrying now as I have just failed all my payments!

It is an excellent dividend and has every chance of being accepted. Good luck.

I agree - mine was less than that and went through ok.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi, just wanted to let you all know that my IVA was accepted today, so that's me for 5 years (hopefully). I don't feel shame, I only feel relief that I can now start living within my means and not fret every month about paying the minimum payment and not seeing the debt reduce! I have worries, but I've decided not to pay attention to them until they happen (hopefully never!). Thank you for your advice, I'm sure I'll be back with more questions during the IVA. I also wanted to say that FSS, my IVA company have been really good, in fact they did everything! I almost feel a little bit of a fraud in how little I contributed setting up the IVA (I know that's why I'm paying them a huge fee). Thanks again, Michelle. :D
