I have finished my trust deed. With but à few complaints. First my payments were extened by 15 months. In my fifthyear my payment were increased 175 pm to 285pm ,or at least theytryed too. And now after all the grief of contacting them repeated for my complation letter( recieved two month ago) i find there is still a charge against my morgage.
First write to your former provider and ask that the charge be removed -- write by recorded delivery (keeping copies) direct to your former supervisor -- if no joy then you can escalate the complaint to their regulatory body.
Yes, you have a few complaints from the past -- but, at the end of the day ---- You have done it !!! Get that charge sorted and look forward Onward and upward
