Well maybe not lol [:p]

Dark, cloudy, slight chill in the air and a threat of rain in Leeds. Hope it is better in your neck of the woods.

I'm back at this site again, but back to my usual place of work tomorrow thank god.

The reception area here is 20 metres wide and 9 stories high (It's a cavern!)

The back door is broken and stays open and so the wind comes thru bad. Last winter the lads on main reception said the temperature was -6!!!! The water on the floors froze, inside the building for crying out loud!

Sadly I will have to be coming here 2 days a week, I'm going to try and negotiate it down to 1 day week (Wish me luck!)

I do wish you luck Luke and surely it can't be right working in those conditions? I don't know anything about employment law but I'm sure Julie does. x

If you work below I think 15C they have to do all they can, obviously outside workers only so much you can do but this is inside a building! It so big though heating is pointless.

I think they should build a cubicle for the reception guards with windows and shutter that opens, they can then have heaters inside and it would keep some of the that in for the guys.

The weather here in the mids is awful.

All I wanted to do today was stay at home in my pjs and curl up in front of the tv. But I have made it to work. x
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

Oh I know those kind of days flow!!

I'm glad even though I have a massive window all I can see is the side of this building and not the sky as it would depress me even more.

I am currently straddling the radiator under my desk as I'm freezing!

Knee injury, i did it 6 years ago, i pulled a stocking cage full of fruit juice out of a lift, halfway through the lift dropped an inch, cage stuck while i was pulling, pulled the knee out of the socket, damged all the muscles round the knee, there is lots of technical names for it but i can't spell this time of the morning!

I had 8 weeks off work, 12 months of intense physio, now i go back once a month just to assess. I still do my physio exercises at home and i cycle. The problem i have is my weaker knee is now stronger than my good knee, so i have to have physio on both now, gggrrrr!!
