HI ALL!
SORRY I HAVENT POSTED FOR QUITE A WHILE BUT I WAS TAKEN V ILL AND ENDED UP IN HOSPITAL WITH A SERIOUS KIDNEY INFECTION AM ON THE MEND NOW THO,
MY CREDITORS MEETING WAS ON MONDAY 9TH AUGUST AT 3.30 AND I WAS SICK AS A DOG ON SUNDAY,A NERVOUS WRECK, THE WAITING ON THAT PHONE CALL WAS AWFUL AND I HAD MYSELF CONVINCED THE IVA WAS GOING TO FAIL,JUST SCARED I GUESS,THE FACT BEING THE DECISION WAS OUT OF MY HANDS,HOWEVER AT 4.30 I GOT THE CALL FROM GRANT THORNTON TO SAY IT HAD BEEN APPROVED,IM STILL IN SHOCK!!! MY CREDITORS ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT MONTHLY PAYMENT OF £180 FOR A DEBT OF £37,000,I KNOW GT HAVE HAD SOME CRITICS ON THE FORUM BUT I HAVE TO SAY IVE BEEN TREATED V SYMPATHETICALLY SO FAR AND CAN LIFT THE PHONE AT ANY TIME FOR HELP OR ADVICE,I'D SAY TO ANYONE GOING THROUGH THIS, STICK WITH IT,IVE BEEN TOLD ONCE THE IVA GETS APPROVED THINGS GET EASIER,IM LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING MY LIFE BACK AGAIN.[:)]

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
