Phone call from my caseworker before creditors meeting was a little worrying?
Thankfully it was to put me out of my misery! Slight modification but it was something i expected.Basically my phone/broadband/tv was a little high.
I would like to thank my IP and her team for all their hard work.
From the start of the process i didnt feel like they were judging me and never put me under pressure like some of the IVA companies i spoke to.
I dont know if it is acceptable to name names so i will not.
Also Thank you everyone who has replied to any of my posts.
The Forum has been invaluable to me and i would advise anyone in financial trouble to spend time reading the posts.
I will continue to read and post from time to time as almost everything seems to be covered in the forum.
Thanks again to everyone concerned.

Fantastic news DMB, you must be so relieved. It is ok to mention who you are with if you feel you want to.

Best wishes and keep us all updated with how the journey goes!

Great news and the benefit of naming names on here is that other forum users may be thinking of an IVA and are keen to know which companies others use.

Didnt want to name namesjust in case there was some kind of Forum law!!
I am with the IVA advice Bureau and i am pleased to say from the beginning all the way through to Accepted today,i have bee very pleased with the help and advice given to me.
Followed peoples advice to check around and talk with different companies and i am so glad i did. This enabled me to get a good insight into all that is good and bad about the IVA process.
Through doing this and reading the forum i managed to make the right choice i believe.
Thankyou to Tamsyn,Tina,Tomas and Susan Clay my IP.
All of you were very professional and provided me with all the options which i took time to consider and never felt pressured as i had been by at least 2 of the other companies who post on the forum?
I am now looking to the future and hopefully the light will begin to shine brighter on mine and my wifes lives. Not going to be easy i am sure of that but i do feel a bit of pride that i have finally faced up to the debt, and actually done something about it?
Anyone reading this,My advice would be not to be embarassed about the situation you have arrived at,not to ignore it and hope it goes away. This is just making things worse and will only drag you down further.
Thank you again all that have replied to my posts and i will try to keep everyone updated and will continue to learn new things from the Forum.
Thank God i found it.

You're with an excellent company. If you want to recommend them on here, please feel free to do so.
