Have spoke to them today wasn't going to but afraid would find out about them just don't want to get in to big trouble didn't sound too happy on the phone don't know what to expect now

If I was the one making the decision I would simply have you sell the shares and pay the money into the IVA. Which is probably what they would have put into the proposal had you remembered them in time. See what the IP comes up with.

Always a bit of a gamble -- would they find out or not ? Can you spend 5 years wondering if it would come to light ? You made a mistake and are putting it right. If, however, they discovered this 3 years down the line, the outcome could be far less savoury. If they sort this out sensibly now at least you won't be on the verge of a nervous breakdown for 5 years !
