Iva and planning for mortgage

Quick question please
Currently in Iva due to drop off credit file in Oct 2020. Wanting to purchase house in future with partner for around £200000

Combined income £100000 per year so affordability not issue but what sort of deposit will be needed. Would I be able to access a 95% mortgage or not having previously been in a Iva?

I would suggest a word with Ryan and / or Shaun, who are both whole of market brokers with experience in adverse credit and bot have helped many forum members with advice and mortgages.

Once iva is off your records a mortgage will be feasible... a deposit of around 10-20% will be great but you may get other options with less required, just depends on circumstances at the time.
Speak to Ryan and or Shaun for advise.

We've certainly managed to obtain 95% mortgages for others who have previously been in an IVA.
