Just applied for a new position. It asks whether you have been guilty of a civil offence. Also could you clarify if an Iva is civil proceeding of any kind.
An IVA is not a classed as a civil proceeding. The question that usually reveals an IVA is asking you if you have entered into an arrangement or composition with creditors.
