I am supposed to be coming to the end of my IVA in March this year with Freeman Jones and I am not having any luck with regard to them replying to phone calls and emails. I would like to receive some information from them as soon as possible as I'm confused as to what happens next.
I think they are probably catching up after the break. Keep trying.

I’m the same finished in June I’d been transferred from Harrington brooks found out I needed to pay more money over which I did . So now waiting to hear . After several e mails they do reply or I find start phoning at 9.00am and they do answer. Sent the first of my E mails today to see where they are up to
