I have alerted them to the ongoing problem --- much will now depend on whether they are in the office twixt Christmas and New Year.

Update --- holding auto response --- Out of Office until 2nd January

Thanks for the heads up whilst I was away Foggy. One of my Relationship Manager colleagues tried to contact jktapner between Christmas and New Year. I hope that we were able to provide some re-assurance now, but I will follow up today. Ian
