How long does it take for a completion certificate to come through

Depends which company you are with. A lot of companies have been sold on recently - which one are you with?

Sadly if you were to ask 50 people on here you would get 50 different answers. Mine took about 200 days from the last payment I made, this was calculated by my firm as the time it takes to transfer the file from active accounts to closures, then to completions then to postal!! But 6 months (ish) is a round about figure.

Creditfix seem to take a couple of weeks, Aperture take 6 months and beyond --- everyone else falls somewhere between the two.
