I was told by my IP last month that due to my equity situation etc that my IVA would be extended by a further 12 months (as originally agreed 5 yrs ago).

I have not had anything in writing confirming this.

Is this normal, or would I expect to receive something telling me the original contract has been extended blah blah blah?
Best Wishes,
Tina x

I would have thought that you would receive something in writing.

Speak to your IP just to confirm this.

The evidence of this should be in the original IVA documents, but if you need this clarifying in writing now, don't be afraid to ask.
